PagerDuty Launches End-to-End AI Agent Suite
PagerDuty has launched an end-to-end AI agent suite, aimed at reduced complexity and faster incident resolution as part of the company’s fall 2025 release, which includes “more than 150 platform enhancements and deep integrations across the modern tech stack.”
According to the company, “PagerDuty’s new AI agent suite empowers teams to move beyond manual, reactive incident response.” Components include:
- SRE Agent: Delivers comprehensive end-to-end incident automation with human oversight. It can run diagnostics, provide analysis, suggest remediation actions, and run these actions automatically upon approval.
- Scribe Agent: Transcribes Zoom calls and chat conversations to generate structured summaries and status updates.
- Shift Agent: Automatically detects and resolves on-call scheduling conflicts.
- Insights Agent: Delivers context-aware answers and proactive recommendations based on PagerDuty analytics.
These specialized AI agents work across every phase of the operations lifecycle, the company says, and are “intended to work seamlessly within your existing workflows.”
