Registration for the XSEDE15 Conference Begins

Theme for this year’s conference is “Scientific Advancements Enabled by Enhanced Cyberinfrastructure.”

Registration for the 4th annual XSEDE conference begins on April 24. This year’s conference will take place in St. Louis, Missouri, July 26-30, 2015. The XSEDE technical program consists of four paper tracks, as well as posters, tutorials, Birds-of-a-Feather (BoF) sessions, and a Visualization Showcase. The four tracks for technical papers are:

  • Accelerating Discovery in Scientific Research
  • Technology
  • Software and Software Environments
  • Education, Outreach, and Training

Oranizers have not announced the final lineup for the technical program yet, although the deadline for paper submissions has passed. The deadline for poster, BoF, and Visualization Showcase submissions is May 11.

The XSEDE conference is sponsored by the Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE), a US-based organization of partnering research institutions focused on promoting research and collaboration in the field of high-performance computing and computational science.
