Learn about SD-WAN architecture and components.

A software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) is a network that is abstracted from its hardware, creating a virtualized network overlay, explains Julia King.

  • Edge connectivity abstraction
  • WAN virtualization
  • Centralized management
  • Elastic traffic management
