Amazon has announced that it will end support for its Amazon WorkMail product, effective March 31, 2027. New customers will no longer be accepted as of April 30, 2026.

In the announcement, Amazon recommends WorkMail users migrate to third-party solutions, namely, Kopano Cloud, Zoho Mail, or Zoom Mail. According to the company, these products provide “comparable capabilities and tooling for easy migration.” Amazon also provides detailed instructions for exporting your mailbox content.

Existing customers can continue to use Amazon WorkMail until the March 31, 2027 end date. After that, you will no longer be able to access the Amazon WorkMail console or Amazon WorkMail resources.
