DirectPass lets you manage multiple passwords and login IDs in one secure location.

Trend Micro Incorporated has announced the availability of DirectPass, a new password management solution. DirectPass manages website passwords and login IDs in one secure location, so users only need to remember one password. According to the company, the tool gives customers a fast and efficient way to manage online activities, while offering extra security measures to keep their credentials safe.

According to a recent Trend Micro survey, 75 percent of consumers have 10 accounts or more, yet only 20 percent say they use third-party software to manage their passwords.

Features of DirectPass include: a secure password generator, all passwords and login IDs in one secure location, seamless login to websites, secure browser for banking or financial websites, mitigation against keylogging malware, and a text-entry feature to store private information. Additionally, Trend Micro’s DirectPass uses cloud technology to synchronize online credentials across multiple devices.

DirectPass is available now in the United States, and a free version (with support for up to five passwords) can be downloaded online. The premium version, which includes support for unlimited passwords, is available for US$ 14.95 for a one-year subscription. More information can be found at: http://www.DirectPass.com.
